“Well, it doesn’t snow in Hawaii , nor are there any rivers so I had to find something to do with my time. I went diving once and was hooked.”

“Any day of diving is better than a day at work”

About me:

“I live a great life, not only am I a scuba instructor here in Hawaii but I spend my summers at home working as a river guide in Grand Teton National Park on the Snake River. I am a full time student at UH pursuing a degree in

Psychology.”

How did you get into diving?

“My dad encouraged me to go to a diving class right after high school. My brother and I took the open water class in 1983 and visibility was an outstanding 1 foot! Got to love lake diving.”

What is your favorite kind of diving?

I enjoy dives between 40-80 feet with visibility of at least the same. My favorite diving activity is spear fishing. Ask me about my 35 lbs. Ulua I got with my three prong!

“I hesitate to articulate that I might deviate from my true course of rectitute. In short, the women in diving are hot!”

How did you get into diving?

“A buddy and I were watching the sun go down in Mexico when these two divers stood up, pulled their fins off, and walked outu right past us. ‘I always wanted to try that!’ I said, and 30 days later we were both certified divers.”

What is your favorite kind of diving?

“Shooting video inside natural shipwrecks is my favorite kind of diving, but there are plenty of great ways to spend time underwater!”

About me:

“I have had the good fortune to dive in some of the best locations in the world including: the Atlantic, Caribbean, Sea of Cortez , and many areas of the Pacific. I have also dived on all five of the Hawaiian Islands and would love to show you our underwater world. Let’s go diving!”

About me:

“There are now 6.6 billion souls living on earth and less then 0.3% of the population are divers. The earth’s surface area is 200 million square miles and only 28% of that area is land. That puts 112 souls on every square mile of land, and gives every diver 14 square miles to play in. I’m going diving, it’s less crowded.”

“All diving, just being underwater.”

About me:

“After being a full time dive instructor on liveaboards for months I had to give up the good life and go to Med School at UH. I am studying Tropical Medicine and doing Biomedical Research. But diving is my passion and keeps me sane.”

“I am a History student at UH. I play live acoustic music for Tihati Productions. I will be going to Pilot Training for the Navy when I graduate school. I love to dive and love to remind people how fun and relaxing it can be!”
